Eden Road Small Batch Sauvignon Blanc 2023 Size::12 Bottle Case hmmm … it’s a dead-set

hmmm … it’s a dead-set beauty

Thanks to Fabio Lini's artisanal approach to sparkling wine production

The 2015 Old Vine is a complex Pinot wiyh notes of pencil lead

the wine was bottled and released to the market as a clean and bright style wine for enjoying while young or aging for a year or two

these are wines where the sugar/acid balance is more important than residual sugar levels

Eden Road Small Batch Sauvignon Blanc 2023 Size::12 Bottle Case hmmm … it’s a dead-setThe grapes are from our Eden Road estate vineyard located at Murrumbateman. This wine has subtle passionfruit and gooseberry aromas and flavours followed by a mineral palate and a crisp finish.
